'Pre-Workout Protein Smoothie | Caroline Pearce'

'Nutrition Corner - I\'m in the kitchen to walk and talk you through the ingredients I use for my pre-workout smoothie (first thing in the morning 30-60 minutes before exercise), with details on the benefits of each ingredient and how they fuel my workout and benefit my health.  Ingredients checklist: 1. Plant based protein powder with added greens. This one is by Ground Based Nutrition - 1 scoop. 2. Flaxseeds - 1 heaped tsp 3. Oats - 1 sachet/40-50grams 4. Frozen and Fresh berries - 1/4 nutribullet container/100grams approx 5. Water - amount as desired for preferred consistency.  BLEND.
